Eastwood Tree Services Ltd has a policy of personal development in training for its staff.
All staff are current holders of First-Aid, Coning Guarding Signing Street Works for work on the Highway.

The use where possible of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPS), all staff engaged carry a Powered Access Licence (PAL) for this type of work. Eastwood Tree Services Ltd also carries £5 Million Public Liability and Employers Liability.

Eastwood Tree Services Ltd run a Uni-Mog Combination vehicle, this has a hi-ab crane fitted. 3 staff have certification in Lorry Loader Operations. All staff have National Proficiency Testing Council (Blue Book) Certificate for use of chainsaws and climbing and most of all Aerial Rescue. For stump grinding in urban areas all staff engaged in this operation have Cable Avoidance Detect (CAT) Certification. Arboricultural Qualifications National Certification in Arboriculture. Training is at the forefront of Eastwood Tree Services Ltd development and currently some of our staff are working towards their (ISA) International Society Arboriculture certified arborist. We are also members of Arboriculture Association, National Arborist Association. Staff are also currently qualifying for a diploma in Arboriculture and RFS (Royal Forestry Society) certificate in Arboriculture.
