Tree Health and Safety - Identifying and assessing hazardous trees is essential, our tree inspections will assess the trees on or near your land and provide future management advice. This is important where there is potential for personal injury or damage to property. Decay detection and assessment is another service available.

Tree Management – Our tree management service provides a whole site survey upon which we base our recommendations. The extent of data collected and presented will address the clients needs and will always include health and safety assessment. Trees can also be mapped or tagged if required.

Mortgage and Insurance - Companies sometimes require arboricultural reports, our reports include a survey with location plan and recommendations. The reports follow a recognised format. We appreciate that these reports are required during the latter stages of house purchase when the need for a quick and concise response is crucial and therefore aim to complete reports within 5 working days.

Trees and the Law – We act for clients as independent advisors, we offer advice that covers a range of issues. We will liaise with local authorities on your behalf where trees are covered by Tree Preservation Orders or Conservation Areas.

Verbal and Written Advice - Our advice can be of a verbal nature if desired but usually we will follow our site visit with a letter or report. Prior to our visit, the client will receive a written quotation or estimate for costs and will be asked to complete a notice of commission.
